Client referral rewards
What the referral pays.
The percentage applies to the project value before GST and pass-through expenses such as travel or third-party licences.
First qualifying project
5%
For eligible first engagements worth ₹1 lakh or more.
A qualifying extension of the original scope agreed within the 12-month referral period retains the original 5% rate.
Separate follow-on projects
1%
For eligible separate new projects contracted during the following 12 months.
There is no project-count limit within the period. The 1% never stacks on the first project, and the same value is never counted twice.

What you need to know.
Who can refer a company?
Anyone who knows of a genuine consulting need can send it to us. If your employer or profession restricts referral payments, tell us and we will confirm what is permitted before accepting the referral.
What makes a first project eligible for 5%?
It must be a new client or opportunity, accepted by us before the introduction, and lead to a paid project worth at least ₹1 lakh before GST and pass-through expenses. Existing or duplicate opportunities do not qualify.
What happens with extensions or future projects?
An extension of the original scope keeps the 5% rate. A genuinely separate project contracted within 12 months earns 1%. The same work is never counted twice.
When is the reward paid?
We calculate the reward as the client pays us, including milestone payments. Once we have the required bank and tax details, payment is normally made within seven business days of the cleared client payment.
What happens after I submit?
We review the requirement and call you. We will not contact the company or consultant unless you introduce us or clearly give permission.
What if I want to refer a consultant?
Use the consultant option and describe their expertise without sharing personal details. The 5% client-referral reward does not apply to consultant introductions.
