Referral Terms

Permission to submit a referral

By submitting a referral, you confirm that:

• The information provided is accurate;
• You have permission to share the referred person's details; and
• The referral does not breach any confidentiality, employment or conflict-of-interest obligation.

Eligible referrals

A referral may qualify for a commission where:

• The referred company was not already in active discussion with Preconsultify;
• The referral has not already been submitted by another person;
• The introduction is genuine and made in good faith; and
• The referred company completes a qualifying engagement with Preconsultify.

Preconsultify will determine referral eligibility using its existing records.

Referral commission

Any referral commission will be confirmed separately in writing.

A commission becomes payable only after the qualifying engagement has been completed and Preconsultify has received the relevant client payment.

Payment is subject to the information and documentation required for payment and any applicable tax deductions.

Invalid referrals

No commission will be payable for duplicate, fraudulent, misleading or unauthorised referrals, or referrals intended to misuse the programme.

Relationship with Preconsultify

Submitting a referral does not make the referrer an employee, agent or representative of Preconsultify.

The referrer cannot negotiate, make promises or agree to commercial terms on behalf of Preconsultify.

Changes to the programme

Preconsultify may update or discontinue the referral programme.

Any referral commission already validly earned will continue to be honoured.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

The courts having jurisdiction over SAS Nagar, Punjab will have jurisdiction over referral-related matters.
