Operations Associate
What you'll own
- ■Manage platform operations. Keep an eye on how clients and consultants move through the platform, where they get stuck, and what needs to work better.
- ■Collect and organize feedback. Speak with clients and consultants during active engagements, capture their issues clearly, and share useful product feedback with the engineering team.
- ■Track contracts and engagement status. Maintain visibility across contracts, onboarding, project starts, payment milestones, renewals, and closure so nothing falls through.
- ■Find automation opportunities. Look for repeated manual work, delays, or messy handoffs, then suggest simple systems, templates, or automations to improve them.
- ■Resolve operating issues. Notice when clients or consultants are facing confusion, missing information, or process delays, and coordinate the next step quickly.
Who you are
- ■You have worked in operations for 1-3 years and know how fast-paced startups work.
- ■You are comfortable using dashboards, spreadsheets, and simple tools to track what is happening across many moving parts.
- ■You can turn messy user feedback into clear notes, priorities, and product requests.
- ■You notice repeated manual work and naturally look for ways to automate or simplify it.
- ■You follow up without being chased and notice the small issues that can slow down a client or consultant.
