Operations Associate
What you'll own
- ■Vet the briefs. When a client needs a consultant, you'll look at the request and help document exactly why we are recommending someone.
- ■Track what's happening. You'll use simple spreadsheets to see where things are getting stuck (are contracts taking too long? are clients ghosting?).
- ■Fix the broken stuff. When you see a slow or manual process, you will figure out how we can do it faster.
- ■Support the project. Make sure the consultant and client have everything they need to start working smoothly.
Who you are
- ■You have worked in operations for 1-3 years and know how fast-paced startups work.
- ■You are great with spreadsheets and organizing data to find problems.
- ■You hate doing things manually. If you have to do the same task twice, you try to automate it.
- ■You notice the little details that other people miss.
